Richcraft has submitted a request to have the roughly triangular plot of land adjacent to Sir Guy Carleton HS rezoned from three buildings of 15 storeys to three buildings of 24 storeys. The other twist in this long running saga of new alchemy (rezoning land to greater density is a far better chemistry than lead into gold ever was) is that 2 of the 3 building will be for rentals (i.e. not condo). The third (and presumably last to be built) will be a condo. Also of note is that the proposed # of parking spaces was well under 1 per unit, with very limited visitor parking.
